If the service is waking up
Give the free backend time to start, then retry the connection or job. Keep your original document. A restart can invalidate an old session or remove temporary files, in which case a fresh upload may be necessary.
If a file is rejected
Check the supported input format, the 100 MB file limit, page limits and any password requirement. An image decode limit can reject very large images even when their compressed file size is small. Review the tool page for operation-specific requirements.
What is safe to include in a report
Describe the tool, visible error message and approximate file size and page count. Use a harmless reproduction sample if needed. Do not share passwords, session tokens, signed download URLs or confidential document content.
